Concur, but have an opinion about being "friendly". I don't know about you or others but I find being more friendly more often somewhat a challenge. There was a time when I was reminded by a friend to smile whenever we met. He is a good sport and a valued friend but he was the type of person who didn't like a smiless face. There is usually a reason why I'm not smiling. On the other hand, perhaps we have more reasons to smile than not to.
